Augsburg, July 23, 2009
Stephan Schulak, CFO of KUKA Roboter GmbH, will resign effective September 30, 2009 under the terms of a termination contract dated the beginning of May 2009. The agreement was initiated at his own request.
KUKA AG's Executive Board recognizes Mr. Schulak's efforts and thanks him for his effective contribution. KUKA is also grateful for his cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition. Mr. Schulak will leave the company at the end of July 2009. An interim manager from within the company will assume his responsibilities.
The company wishes Mr. Schulak all the best in his future business endeavors.
