How to order your KUKA spare parts and receive them in time

Many of our standard parts for KUKA robots are available from our stock in Sweden. We can dispatch them to you by Schenker, DHL or Jet Pak.

• If you like to ship it with Schenker the same day we must have your written purchase order at the latest 11:00.
• If you like to ship it with DHL or Jet Pak the same day we must have your written purchase order at the latest 15:30.
   

If we need to order the parts from KUKA Roboter GmbH in Augsburg we can dispatch them with our standard shipment every Friday to Sweden or by DHL directly to customer.

• If you like to ship it with the standard Friday transport to Sweden the parts will be in Gothenburg on Wednesday the following week and then sent out to the customer. For the standard Friday transport we need your written purchase order at the latest Thursday 12:00.
• If you like to ship it by DHL from KUKA Roboter GmbH the same day we must have your written purchase order at the latest 12:30. If needed we can send you the DHL tracking number next morning.
   

For a correct handling your purchase order shall always include following:

• If you want a new part or an exchange part
• Robot number
• Transport company (Schenker, DHL, Jet Pak)
• Correct delivery address with name and phone number to contact person
• Desired delivery time
• Purchase order nr.
