| KUKA Presents Best Overall Student Industrial Electronics at GMI graduation day |

The German-Malaysian Institute (GMI) had held their 14th convocation ceremony on the 15th November 2008. Located at Taman University, Kajang, graduates of the institutes gather to receive their certificates. It was a day of celebration for the students, as well as their families that have attended the event. Being one of the many sponsors for the event, KUKA Robot Automation (M) Sdn. Bhd was invited to the convocation to present an award to the graduate for ‘Best Overall Student Industrial Electronics”.

| After the prayer session, the event began with a welcome speech by Mr. Yussoff bin Md Sahir, the managing director of GMI. This is followed by a speech from Tuan Haji Mohd Shariff Bin Hussin, the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Human Resources. The graduates were then given their diplomas in their respective fields, which are the Diploma in production technology (Mould), Diploma in production technology (Tool & Die),Diploma in Industrial Electronics(Mechatronics) and Diploma in Industrial Electronics(Process Instrumentation and Control). |

| The presentation of special awards was given to specific graduates and students who have showed tremendous effort and talent in their studies. Mohamad Marzuki Mohd Fauzi was given the Best Overall Student Industrial Electornic award, which is sponsored by KUKA Robot Automation (M) Sdn. Bhd. Mr. Reghunathan, the Regional Manager was on site to present the award. The award was taken by his mother on his behalf as he is currently pursuing his studies at the University of Portmouth, United Kingdom and is unable to make it back in time for the convocation. Other special awards are awarded to the other graduates repectively. |

| After the presentation of awards to the graduates, the guests of honors were given a souvenir as a token of appreciation for attending the ceremony. This also marks the end of the convocation, which was held successfully. The sponsors and guest alike were then lead out for lunch and to view the exhibitions available. KUKA Robot Automation (M) Sdn. Bhd would like to send out their congratulations to all the newly graduated students from the German-Malaysian Institute. |
