KUKA takes the stress out of posting for Facebook members. The Augsburg-based robot manufacturer has developed a Facebook app – the KUKAnizer – that generates status messages automatically. At last, the user can concentrate once again on the important things in life and leave posting to the friendly robot with the all-too-human mood swings.

Automation becomes easy  (23. May 2011)
At LIGNA 2011, KUKA Roboter GmbH is presenting the new KR QUANTEC product generation, the KUKA.WorkVisual software platform and the KR C4 robot controller, which is set to simplify automation in the wood industry. Hall 25, Booth C60 is where KUKA will demonstrate that its motto “Automation becomes easy” is no empty promise.

KUKA satisfies the need for speed  (08. Feb 2011)
During the Alpine World Ski Championships 2011, being held from 7-20 February in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, KUKA will be present at the media and press center (Olympic ice sports center) with the 4D-simulator. The 4D-simulator was developed in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center (DLR). In the world’s only passenger robot, a HD video, 3D motions, realistic sound effects and a ventilator-generated head wind replicate the new Kandahar run for the passenger to experience with all his senses.
