2002 KUKA robots conquer new branches of industry and star alongside James Bond 007
KUKA conquers new markets with innovative products and systems. Numerous solutions for a wide variety of industries demonstrate the vast range of potential applications for KUKA robots: robots in the foodstuffs industry (Wash Down robots for hygienic areas), seat-testing robots for the furniture and aircraft industries, shelf-mounted robots for the plastics industry, and system solutions for reliable baggage handling at airports, to name but a few.
KUKA is the first robot manufacturer to bring people and robots into close contact: in the Robocoaster, the robot whirls passengers around in the air - an extraordinary entertainment ride for amusement parks and events.
