Technical hotline

 
Our technical hotline is staffed around the clock and is the central point of contact for all inquiries and technical assistance - whether by telephone or, in the case of remote diagnosis, by modem. Our qualified staff are on hand to answer all your robot-related questions, night and day, at weekends and on public holidays. After analysis of the problem, the service order is passed on to the customer service center responsible for the region concerned, which monitors the work until the problem has been successfully resolved.
